Designed by Chris Van Dyke and built by a master builder Ivan Whittle, The Edge offers luxurious accommodation for private or corporate retreats of up to 20 guests.
Its design maximises the views and lifestyle whilst providing privacy and retreat. The open-plan living area, which includes a modern kitchen, lounge and dining, opens out to an expansive timber deck. All provide sweeping views of stunning Lake Tinaroo.
The Edge has a main house, complete with living area, deck and two bedrooms, as well as three separate units and a bunkhouse. Features of each are as follows:
Main House
This is The Edge's command centre. Featuring an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, the main house is luxuriously appointed with all the comforts of home. Expansive floor to ceiling glass doors provide stunning views of Lake Tinaroo and access to the covered timber deck, which invites you to sit back, relax and rejuvenate on one of the comfortable lounges or day beds. With its thoughtful design, tasteful decorations and creature comforts, you won't ever want to leave The Edge's main house.

- Open plan: kitchen, dining and living areas.
- Two bedrooms: king and queen beds.
- Kitchen: stainless steel appliances; microwave; stove/oven; dishwasher; fridge/freezer; juicer; cutlery and crockery for 24 guests; glasses for red and white wine, cocktails and champagne.
- Dining: the interior dining seats 12 with additional seating on the lounge and exterior deck.
- Lounge: comfortable lounges; 50" LCD flat screen; DVD; Austar; Stereo; CDs; board games; books.
- Exterior Deck: outdoor dining table; two lounges; coffee table; bar fridge; 6 burner BBQ.
- Bathroom: Spa, shower and separate toilet.
- Laundry: washing machine and dryer.

Private Suites
The Edge has three private suites: the perfect place to escape for some solitude. Well appointed with luxurious fixtures and fittings, each of the units has their own private deck, which is furnished with your very own lounge and day bed. Inside you are pampered with your own, indulgent spa and king-sized bed, which offer amazing views over the calm, lake waters of Lake Tinaroo. The units are situated on the ends of the main house and are connected via a covered pathway running the entire length of The Edge.
Private Suites features include:
- Attached to the main house, access via covered rear pathway.
- King Beds: king split.
- Bathroom: shower, spa and toilet.
- Amenities: fridge and tea & coffee.
- Other: private decks with lounges or a day bed; fans.
Bunkhouse
The Edge even has a bunkhouse! ~ This is the perfect playroom and bedroom for the children, or chill out and crash room for weary adults. Complete with 10 king single bunk beds; the bunkhouse has its own amenities and entry point.
Features include:
- 10 x king single double bunk beds (more can be added if needed).
- Private toilet, shower and hand basin.
